Created exclusively for Future Stars, this premium international football development programme combines elite academy coaching, competitive match experience and the excitement of one of the world’s greatest football cities.

Over seven days, the players will take part in three professional training sessions delivered by Atlético de Madrid academy coaches, compete in two matches against academy opposition and visit the iconic Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.

Away from the pitch, the programme provides opportunities to explore central Madrid, experience Spanish culture and take part in an interactive confidence and leadership workshop designed specifically for girls in sport.

The group is proposed to stay at Generator Madrid, a stylish and contemporary property in the heart of the Spanish capital, just moments from Gran Vía.

Its outstanding central location places the players within easy reach of Madrid’s main attractions, restaurants and shopping areas, making it an ideal base for the cultural side of the programme.

Generator offers bright, modern shared rooms, comfortable communal spaces, a café and restaurant, together with an impressive rooftop terrace overlooking the Madrid skyline.

The central setting gives the group the excitement of staying in the heart of Madrid while providing a practical base for the week’s football, sightseeing and team activities.

Generator Madrid remains subject to final availability and confirmation of the required private group-room arrangements. Should it be unavailable, a suitable centrally located alternative of a comparable standard will be provided.

Upon arrival at Madrid Airport, the group will be welcomed by a Level Up Sports Tours representative before travelling by private transfer to its centrally located accommodation.

After breakfast, the group will travel by private coach to the academy facilities in Alcalá de Henares.

The players will take part in their first professional training session, delivered by Atlético de Madrid academy coaches. The session will be adapted to the age, ability and development objectives of the group, giving the players an introduction to the academy’s coaching methods and football philosophy.

Following training and the return to central Madrid, the group will enjoy an orientation walk through some of the capital’s most famous areas and landmarks.

The evening will be free for the group to choose a local restaurant and experience Madrid independently.

Later, the players will take part in an interactive confidence, resilience and leadership workshop designed specifically for girls in sport.

The session will explore themes including:

Today the group will visit the iconic Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, home of Real Madrid.

The stadium and museum experience will give the players the opportunity to explore one of world football’s most famous venues, discover its extraordinary history and see the trophies and moments that have helped shape the club’s global reputation.

Later in the day, the team will travel to compete in its second friendly match against academy opposition.

The fixture will provide another opportunity to demonstrate the progress made during the week and build confidence in a competitive but supportive international environment.

The evening will be free for the group to choose its own restaurant.

In the evening, the group will come together for a farewell dinner. Players will also receive a certificate recognising their participation in the Future Stars International Football Development Tour.

This itinerary has been created exclusively for Future Stars and is based on a seven-day, six-night programme. The final order and timings of training sessions, matches and activities may change according to academy scheduling, local opposition availability and operational requirements. Any necessary adjustments will be communicated in advance, and all core programme elements will remain included.

The final centrally located Madrid accommodation will be confirmed subject to availability. Should the proposed property be unavailable, an appropriate alternative of a comparable standard and location will be provided.

Meals Information

Breakfast is included each morning. Three evening meals are included at the group's accommodation. On the remaining evenings, players and accompanying leaders will have the opportunity to enjoy Madrid’s wide variety of restaurants and cafés, with these meals payable locally.

Pricing Information

The advertised price of €1125 per player is based on a minimum of 20 paying players and includes two accompanying leader places. Alternative pricing will apply to smaller groups. International flights and meals not specifically listed are excluded.
